Heritage Oaks Apartments Project-Based Voucher (PBV) Application Period
***PUBLIC NOTICE***
The Pinellas County Housing Authority (PCHA) is pleased to announce the opening of the Project-Based Voucher (PBV) waiting list for Heritage Oaks Apartments, located at 13060 Washington Drive, Largo, Florida 33774.
Who Can Apply to the Heritage Oaks Apartments PBV Waiting List? Anyone may apply. However, to be eligible for assistance, at least one household member must have legal residency status in the United States. Legal residency will be verified at the time you are selected from the waiting list.
Who Is Eligible for the Heritage Oaks Apartments PBV Program? Eligibility for the PBV program is determined by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and includes:
Income limits, Legal Residency or Citizenship, Criminal Background Screening, & Other HUD Requirements.
Important Note: All household members must be 62 years of age or older at the time of selection from the waiting list.
Full eligibility will be verified once your name is selected as units become available.
Applications will only be accepted for families who meet the 1- and 2-bedroom eligibility guidelines as listed below:
1-BEDROOM ELIGIBILITY: 1 – 2 PERSONS
2-BEDROOM ELIGIBILITY: 2 – 4 PERSONS
Income Limits: Household income must not exceed 50% of the current Area Median Income (AMI), based on household size:
$36,500– One Person $41,700– Two Persons $46,950– Three Persons $52,150– Four Persons
Pre-applications will ONLY be available electronically, via the online application portal at: https://PinellasHousing.com, on the dates listed below:
APPLICATION PERIOD:
Opens: Monday, August 25, 2025, at 8:00 AM EST Closes: Friday, August 29, 2025, at 12:00 AM EST (Midnight)
Applicants may apply online anytime of the day or night during the waiting list opening times.
Completed pre-applications will be randomly selected to be added to the waiting list.
Applicants may complete the online pre-application using a personal computer, smartphone, tablet, or any public computer with internet access. Online pre-applications are available in English and Spanish.

If an applicant is unable to complete the online pre-application, a paper pre-application (Available in English and Spanish) may be:

Paper pre-applications submitted as reasonable accommodation must be postmarked by September 4, 2025.
Waiting List Status:
• Pre-applications will be randomly selected to be added to the waitlist.
• Check your status after September 15, 2025, on the Rent Café Applicant Portal.
• Keep your contact info up to date in the portal.
• Must respond to all PCHA communications or risk removal from the list.

Boley Centers Housing Waiting List Opening
BOLEY CENTERS HOUSING NOTICE
Boley Centers will be opening the waiting list for HUD Section 811 and 202/8 Multifamily Project Rental Assistance (PRA) Programs. Boley Centers provides supportive housing for persons with mental health disabilities and extremely low to very-low income based on HUD’s income limits. The Head of Household must have a severe and persistent mental health diagnosis, which must be verified by a licensed health professional. All apartments in this program are unfurnished one-bedroom units. There is a maximum occupancy of two people per apartment. Domesticated, common household pets are allowed. Each apartment is allowed one warm-blooded pet, under 25 pounds, with a $200 pet deposit.
Applications will be available Monday, 6/23/2025 8:30 AM through Friday, 6/27/2025 4:00 PM
Applications will be available online on Boley Centers’ website. This is the only method of submission.
Pinellas County Libraries are open for computer access. Please contact your local library for availability and appointments.
Applicants who meet eligibility criteria are placed on the waiting list in the order the applications are received. Applicants will be notified through the U.S. Postal service. Please allow at least 30 days for applications to be processed.
No applications will be distributed or accepted prior to the opening of the waiting list or after the closing of the waiting list.
