Pinellas County Health Care for the Homeless Program

The Health Care for the Homeless (HCH) program provides primary care medical services, preventive care, chronic disease management, dental care, mental health and substance use services, specialty care and more.

Pinellas County homeless residents can receive basic health care at the Bayside Health Clinic, in the Mobile Medical Unit, through services offered by our Street Medicine Team and the new and available Telehealth, making access to healthcare even easier.

The program serves all individuals experiencing homelessness regardless of their ability to pay.
