The following materials will help new and veteran members of the Pinellas Continuum of Care Board of Directors become familiar with the mission and policies of the Pinellas Continuum of Care (CoC). The following materials are available for members of the CoC Board of Directors:

An overview of the CoC, the Board of Directors, councils committees, and membership; CoC meeting information and resources; and links to important documents, websites, and social media accounts
OnBoard Board Management Platform
CoC Board Members are encouraged to use OnBoard to access meeting agendas and materials, minutes from past meetings, and important resources
Governing Documents, Key Terms, and Calendar
Governing Documents include the CoC Governance Charter, Council and Committee Charters, Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) Policies and Procedures, CoC Written Standards, the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the CoC and Homeless Leadership Alliance of Pinellas (HLA), and similar materials
